PG CAP അഡ്മിഷന്‍ 2020

  • കോവിഡ്-19 മഹാമാരിയുടെ പശ്ചാത്തലത്തില്‍, ഗവണ്‍മെന്റിന്റെയും യൂണിവേഴ്‌സിറ്റിയുടെയും നിബന്ധനകള്‍ പാലിച്ചുകൊണ്ട് പൂര്‍ണ്ണമായും ഓണ്‍ലൈന്‍ രീതിയിലാണ് അഡ്മിഷന്‍ നടത്തുന്നത്.
  • എം.ജി. യൂണിവേഴ്‌സിറ്റി ഏകജാലക അഡ്മിഷന്‍ പ്രക്രിയ (CAP) വഴി അലോട്‌മെന്റ് ലഭിച്ച അപേക്ഷകര്‍ക്ക് മാത്രമേ കോളേജില്‍ അഡ്മിഷന്‍ നേടാന്‍ സാധിക്കുകയുള്ളൂ.
  • യൂണിവേഴ്‌സിറ്റി വെബ്‌സൈറ്റില്‍ ലോഗിന്‍ ചെയ്ത് നിശ്ചിതഫീസ് ഒടുക്കി സ്ഥിരം അഥവാ താത്ക്കാലിക അഡ്മിഷന്‍ തെരഞ്ഞെടുത്തതിനുശേഷം അലോട്‌മെന്റ് മെമ്മോ ഡൗണ്‍ലോഡ് ചെയ്യുക.


    • കോളേജില്‍ താത്ക്കാലിക പ്രവേശനം തെരഞ്ഞെടുത്തിട്ടുള്ള അപേക്ഷകര്‍ ശ്രദ്ധിക്കുക.

  • താത്ക്കാലിക അഡ്മിഷന്‍ തെരഞ്ഞെടുത്തിട്ടുള്ള അപേക്ഷകര്‍ യൂണിവേഴ്‌സിറ്റി പോര്‍ട്ടലില്‍ അപ്‌ലോഡ് ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്ന രേഖകള്‍ പരിശോധിച്ച് അഡ്മിഷന് പര്യാപ്തമാണെന്ന് കാണുന്നപക്ഷം താത്ക്കാലിക അഡ്മിഷന്‍ 'കണ്‍ഫേം' ചെയ്യുന്നതാണ്.
  • അപേക്ഷകരുടെ ഡിജിറ്റല്‍ രേഖകളില്‍ എന്തെങ്കിലും ന്യൂനതകള്‍ കണ്ടെത്തുന്നപക്ഷം അപേക്ഷകരെ കോളേജില്‍ നിന്നും ബന്ധപ്പെടുന്നതായിരിക്കും.
  • പ്രസ്തുത പിഴവുകള്‍ പരിഹരിച്ചാല്‍ മാത്രമായിരിക്കും താത്ക്കാലിക അഡ്മിഷന്‍ നല്‍കുന്നത്. ഗുരുതരമായ എന്തെങ്കിലും പിഴവുകള്‍ കണ്ടെത്തുന്നപക്ഷം അഡ്മിഷനുള്ള യോഗ്യത റദ്ദാക്കപ്പെടുന്നതാണ്.
  • കോളേജില്‍ അഡ്മിഷന്‍ കണ്‍ഫേം ചെയ്തു കഴിഞ്ഞാല്‍ അപേക്ഷകര്‍ക്ക് യൂണിവേഴ്‌സിറ്റി വെബ്‌സൈറ്റില്‍ ലോഗിന്‍ ചെയ്ത് കണ്‍ഫര്‍മേഷന്‍ സ്ലിപ് ഡൗണ്‍ലോഡ് ചെയ്യാവുന്നതാണ്.


    • കോളേജില്‍ സ്ഥിരപ്രവേശനം തെരഞ്ഞെടുത്തിട്ടുള്ള അപേക്ഷകര്‍ ശ്രദ്ധിക്കുക.

  • കോവിഡ് - 19 പശ്ചാത്തലത്തില്‍ പൂര്‍ണ്ണമായും ഓണ്‍ലൈന്‍ പ്രക്രിയവഴിയാണ് സ്ഥിരപ്രവേശനം നടത്തുന്നത്. അഡ്മിഷന്‍ സംബന്ധിച്ച അന്വേഷണങ്ങള്‍, ഫീസ് ഒടുക്കല്‍ തുടങ്ങി ഒരാവശ്യത്തിനും അപേക്ഷകര്‍ കോളേജില്‍ നേരിട്ട് ഹാജരാകേണ്ടതില്ല.
  • അപേക്ഷകര്‍ യൂണിവേഴ്‌സിറ്റി പോര്‍ട്ടലില്‍ അപ്‌ലോഡ് ചെയ്തിട്ടുള്ള രേഖകളുടെയും സാക്ഷ്യപത്രങ്ങളുടെയും ആധികാരികത പരിശോധിച്ചശേഷമാണ് അഡ്മിഷന്‍ നല്‍കുന്നത്.
  • അപേക്ഷകരുടെ ഡിജിറ്റല്‍ രേഖകളില്‍ എന്തെങ്കിലും ന്യൂനതകള്‍ കണ്ടെത്തുന്നപക്ഷം അപേക്ഷകരെ കോളേജില്‍ നിന്നും ബന്ധപ്പെടുന്നതായിരിക്കും. പ്രസ്തുത പിഴവുകള്‍ പരിഹരിച്ചാല്‍ മാത്രമായിരിക്കും സ്ഥിര അഡ്മിഷന്‍ നല്‍കുന്നത്. ഗുരുതരമായ എന്തെങ്കിലും പിഴവുകള്‍ കണ്ടെത്തുന്നപക്ഷം അഡ്മിഷനുള്ള യോഗ്യത റദ്ദാക്കപ്പെടുന്നതാണ്.

  • ഓണ്‍ലൈന്‍ അഡ്മിഷന്‍ പൂര്‍ത്തിയാക്കിയശേഷം ടി.സി. കോണ്ടക്ട് സര്‍ട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ്, ഒപ്പ് രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയ അലോട്‌മെന്റ് മെമ്മോ എന്നിവയുടെ ഡിജിറ്റല്‍ പകര്‍പ്പ് admissiontcc2020@gmail.com എന്ന ഇ-മെയില്‍ ഐ.ഡി.യിലേക്ക് അയയ്ക്കുക.
  • പ്രവേശനമെടുത്ത് 15 ദിവസത്തിനകം മേല്‍പ്പറഞ്ഞ രേഖകളുടെ അസല്‍ കോളേജില്‍ തപാല്‍ മാര്‍ഗ്ഗമോ മറ്റ് ഉചിതമാര്‍ഗ്ഗങ്ങളില്‍ കൂടിയോ സമര്‍പ്പിക്കേണ്ടതാണ്.

  • അപേക്ഷകര്‍ CAP രജിസ്‌ട്രേഷന്‍ നമ്പര്‍ (ആപ്ലിക്കേഷന്‍ നമ്പര്‍) നിഷ്‌കര്‍ഷിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള സ്ഥലത്ത് നല്‍കിയശേഷം course select ചെയ്ത് ലോഗിന്‍ ചെയ്യുക.
